DESCRIPTION: HEXACONAZOLE 4% + ZINEB 68% WP is a broad-spectrum, dual-action systemic and contact fungicide. It provides protective as well as curative control against major fungal diseases in a wide range of crops. The combination ensures strong efficacy against leaf spots, blights, sheath rot, early blight, late blight, fruit rot, anthracnose, and powdery mildew.
MODE OF ACTION: Hexaconazole acts systemically by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis, disrupting fungal cell membrane formation. Zineb works as a protective contact fungicide, forming a uniform shield on the plant surface that prevents fungal spore germination. The combination results in enhanced disease prevention and long-lasting protection.
