Quality Assurance

The ability to deliver consistently high-quality agrochemical products is vital to our business. We maintain strict quality control from raw material procurement to every stage of production. Our manufacturing facility is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 for developing and manufacturing agrochemical formulations, including insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, micro-fertilizers, and plant growth regulators.

Our Quality Assurance department consists of 7 professionals (as of Nov 30, 2021) who monitor raw materials and final products. We carry out comprehensive process and product audits, quality ratings, and strict parameter checks to ensure adherence to defined specifications. The department uses advanced chemical and physical testing equipment such as UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, GLC, and valiant moisture meter, performing tests like pH, assay, suspension, density, viscosity, wettability, acidity/alkalinity, heat stability, emulsion stability, and flash point testing.

In addition to ISO certifications, we continue to invest in laboratory equipment and strengthen our R&D facilities to achieve quality excellence and support new developments. Our R&D lab is in the process of DSIR recognition, and we are working towards joining the Technical Pesticide Manufacturers Club with a new technical manufacturing unit coming up at Sykha, Gujarat, targeting Pyrethroid products.
